By completing your enrolment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment of Fees

• Class, workshop, or program fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment.

• Fees include the advertised program costs and a one-off annual administration fee of $50 per family (where applicable).

• Early Bird rates, sibling discounts, or multi-class discounts are applied at the time of booking if eligible.

2. Confirmation of Enrolment

• Your enrolment is confirmed once payment is received.

• Confirmation emails, including session details, location, start date, and what to bring, will be sent to the email provided at enrolment.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellation by Participant:

• Requests to cancel or withdraw must be sent to hello@thedarlingtheatrecompany.com.

• Refunds are only available if cancellation is received 7 days or more before the first session. A $20 processing fee may apply.

• Cancellations less than 7 days before the session start date are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), at the discretion of The Darling Theatre Company.

• Cancellation by The Darling Theatre Company:

• If a class or workshop is cancelled by us, participants will receive a full refund or credit for a future program.

4. Transfers and Make-Up Classes

• If a participant is unable to attend a session, we may offer a make-up class at our discretion.

• Transfers to another class or session may be allowed where space permits and must be requested in writing.

5. Liability

• Participants engage in classes, workshops, and performances at their own risk.

• The Darling Theatre Company takes all reasonable precautions for safety but is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

6. Consent and Policies

• All participants (or guardians, for minors) must complete the Consent Form as outlined in the Application Form and agree to our Policies & Code of Conduct prior to attending.

• Participation implies acceptance of these terms and the policies outlined.

7. Payment Processing

• Payments are securely processed through our payment system.

• Personal and payment information is handled in accordance with privacy and security standards.

8. Changes to Terms

• The Darling Theatre Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

• Participants will be notified of any significant changes by email prior to the commencement of programs.
