Our 1-on-1 coaching sessions offer focused, rigorous actor training designed to deepen craft through personalised, performance‑centred guidance. Each session is tailored to the individual actor and may include text work, voice, movement, character development, audition preparation, or self‑taping support - all rooted in our training‑in‑performance philosophy. Actors receive dedicated attention that strengthens clarity, technique, and confidence in both stage and screen work.

These sessions provide space for consistent practice and honest exploration, encouraging actors to take risks, build resilience, and refine their artistic process. Suitable for actors at all stages — from emerging performers to company members and those returning to the craft — coaching is shaped around each actor’s goals and readiness.

Joshua Sasse, an internationally working actor with extensive television and film credits, leads the program. His teaching blends professional discipline with creative freedom, helping students refine technique while building confidence and artistic courage.
