Volunteer

The Darling Theatre Company is built on commitment — to craft, to community, and to the shared experience of live performance.

While our actors train and perform as a unified ensemble, theatre is never created by performers alone. It thrives because of the many hands and generous spirits who support the work behind the scenes and in front of house.

If you believe in disciplined artistry, collaborative process, and bringing bold, accessible theatre to the Byron Shire, we invite you to join us.

Why Volunteer With Us?

Volunteering with The Darling Theatre Company means becoming part of a focused, respectful, and creatively ambitious environment.

Our rehearsal room is grounded in professionalism, ensemble ethic, and consistent practice — and we bring that same integrity to every aspect of production.

Whether you are an emerging theatre-maker, a seasoned creative, or a community member who simply loves live performance, there is a place for you here.
