Joshua Sasse has spent his life chasing stories - onstage, onscreen, and now in the rehearsal room. Trained at the Cygnet Training Theatre in Exeter, he began his career on the London stage before moving into an eclectic range of international film and television roles. From leading ABC's musical comedy Galavant to starring in The CW's No Tomorrow, his credits span The Big I Am, Frankenstein's Army, Rogue, Neighbours, Monarch, Love Is in the Air and Outrageous - now playing on BBC. With Thrust Issues he takes on triple duty as writer, director and actor, appearing onstage as Valarim.

Gabrielle is a performer and art director who brings ingenuity to stage and screen through music, dance, acting, puppetry and mask. Trained at the Atelier für Physisches Theater in Berlin, she has toured worldwide with her swing show Zap. A chimerical storyteller, she has devised numerous works, including the cabaret If You Want Blood, the comedic tragedy Baba, the visual anthology Wunderwagon, and the life-drawing show Hotmess - In the Flesh. She has played lead roles in several films and performs with Michael Laub's Remote Control Productions ensemble.

Sinéad is a performer and circus artist whose work moves across stage and screen. She trained, performed and taught across Ireland and Europe before moving to Australia, where she has immersed herself in theatre and acting through classes, masterclasses and workshops for both stage and screen. Her practice draws on a wide range of techniques and styles, from the Chubbuck Technique to Commedia dell'arte. Sinéad holds that laughter is among the best medicines, and works to draw a smile from anyone in the room.

Leah is a local horse trainer by day and a performer by passion. After studying drama throughout high school and training at NIDA, she spent many years building a career in the equine industry before returning to the stage. Over the past three years she has appeared in numerous productions with theatre companies across the region. Leah is excited to keep developing her craft, expand into screen acting, and build connections within the industry. She is thrilled to be working with DTC, Josh, and an exceptionally talented cast on this standout production.

Originally from Málaga, Spain, Sylvia is an emerging actor based in the Northern Rivers. Having discovered her passion for acting in recent years, she has dedicated herself to developing her craft through ongoing training, classes and workshops. That dedication has led to professional experience in commercial roles, as well as a featured role in an upcoming feature film directed by Julius Avery. Making her live theatre debut, Sylvia is thrilled to join this production and grateful for the opportunity to grow and evolve as a performer.

Elodie is a Northern Rivers–based actor and theatre-maker. Her theatre credits include playing Liz in Eddie Perfect's Vivid White, for which she also served as vocal director; co-writing and performing in the award-winning musical New Blood; and co-devising and performing in the indie-rock theatre work The Magic of the Mundane. A former member of internationally touring indie-pop band Tigertown, Elodie is currently developing the original musical 8PM through Hayes Theatre Co.'s Show Lab program. She also teaches musical theatre and performs with children's band The Gumboots.

Cassidy is an actor and artist with a background in theatre developed across Wollongong and Sydney. Her work spans stage, screen and the visual arts, reflecting a deep appreciation for storytelling that crosses disciplines and mediums. Whether performing or making visual work, she is drawn to the ways different art forms inform and enrich one another, and brings that curiosity to each new character. Cassidy is proudly represented by Holly Jane Management.

Danni is a performer and dancer rooted in the Northern Rivers. She trained for over a decade at Bradshaw Dance Academy in Sydney and graduated from Newtown High School of the Performing Arts. With Bangalow Theatre Company she has appeared in Chicago, RENT, HAIR, Into the Woods, and played Marge in the award-winning The Beast. Her work with The Drill Hall Theatre Company includes When the Rain Stops Falling and A Midsummer Night's Dream. She recently danced alongside Melia Naughton in the comedy Amalfi Roast at Byron Theatre and Cheeky's Cabaret.

Jessica is a performer, storyteller, and a collector of strange experiences. A mum of two, she spends her days embracing the beautifully chaotic rhythm of family life while pursuing her passion for acting. Having appeared in a number of plays around the area and taken on multiple lead roles in short films, her love for both stage and screen continues to grow with every character she brings to life. Drawn to characters with heart, humour, and a touch of chaos, Jessica is thrilled to be part of this production and hopes you enjoy the ride as much as she has.

Yael has been surrounded by the performing arts since she was five years old, and performing has always been something she loves. She is passionate about exploring and creating stories, and finds real joy in the process of bringing fictional worlds and characters to life. For Yael, every role is a chance to step into a new world, and she is delighted to share that with audiences in this production.

Jordan is an Australian actor whose passion for performance began at a young age. Growing up across the Northern Territory and regional Victoria before moving to the Gold Coast and later New South Wales, he draws inspiration from a diverse range of experiences and communities. A multi-instrumentalist on drums, guitar and trombone, he brings a strong creative foundation to his work. In 2016 he performed with a youth theatre company at the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death in Stratford-upon-Avon, an experience that shaped his dedication to storytelling.
